Identified

Due to an incompatibility between older Chargemate hardware and a recent Illuminate backend upgrade, a small subset of Chargemate AC chargers are experiencing reduced Illuminate connectivity. Our software engineering team are actively working to restore connectivity and implement safeguards moving forward.
